Refund policy

Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy 
  • We offer a full Store Credit For the refund or exchange for products within 3 days of delivery.
  • Products must be returned in a sellable condition - unused, unworn, tags attached - if any (once tags are removed the items are NO LONGER returnable) 
  • You can exchange an item purchased on www.accessoriesavenue.in with the same item or another item, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. 
To make a return/exchange, please follow the below steps: 
  • Click on the link  and fill the information needed. 
  • After approving the return pick up based on the images you have shared, your package will be picked up by our courier partner within 72 business hours. 
  • Exchange will be delivered within 4-8 working days after the returned product is delivered to our warehouse. 
  • A pickup will be done once (which includes 3 attempts by the delivery partner). In case the pickup is cancelled by the customer, an additional charge of Rs. 150 will be levied for initiating pick up again.
Please note that the actual product color may vary slightly due to monitor display differences. We've done our best to show true colors, however, accuracy depends on your screen.
All items are thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch.


How will I get my Refund?
We will refund you within 7 working days from the date your return was delivered to our warehouse and we will notify you of this via email. 
If orders are canceled before they are shipped, the Store Credit will be processed within 24 working Hours.
  • For COD orders:
    • The refund will be credited as store credit in your www.accessoriesavenue.in. account and can be applied as a discount code while placing another order. This will be sent on the registered email id only, please contact us if you do not get this code. 
    • This unique code will be valid for 1 year from the date it is issued.
    • Once the product is delivered to our warehouse, we will refund the amount of that product within 3-4 business days.
  • For prepaid orders:
    • The refund will be credited as store credit your return. 
    • Store credit will be refunded in your www.accessoriesavenue.in. account and can be applied as a discount code while placing another order. This will be sent on the registered email id only, please contact us if you do not get this code. 
    • This unique code will be valid for 1 year from the date it is issued.
    • Once the product is delivered to our warehouse, we will refund the amount of that product within 5-7 business days.
